Financial Support, Bursaries and Scholarships
At BNU we offer a range of scholarships and bursaries to support our students. These awards provide financial aid, based on personal circumstances, household income or academic achievement. Bursaries and scholarships are non-repayable but do have varying eligibility criteria which you should review before making an application.
If you need extra financial help in addition to any monetary support you may already have gained for your studies, please contact the . The Advice Centre is on hand to offer impartial support and guidance on a wide range of financial issues.
If you are a current or former member of the Armed Forces you may be able to use credits for some of our courses.
Partner and apprenticeship students are not eligible for BNU hardship funds or bursaries and should contact their own institution.

Undergraduate financial support
At BNU we recognise that sometimes you may need some financial support to start your university journey. We are proud to be a friendly and inclusive university and offer a package of scholarships and bursaries to make sure that everyone can reach their potential.

Postgraduate financial support
As a postgraduate student you could benefit from financial support through a bursary or scholarship scheme during your studies. And, if you’re a recent BNU graduate interested in a postgraduate programme, you may even qualify for a fee discount on your postgraduate studies.

Continuing Professional Development financial support
Covering the costs of your professional development may now be easier than you think. There are several ways you can fund professional courses here at Buckinghamshire New University.
