Our University is a Higher Education Corporation created by an Instrument of Government issued by the Privy Council on 21 May 1993, in accordance with the Education Reform Act 1988 and the Further and Higher Education Act 1992. The University’s constitution and governance framework are set out in our Instrument and Articles of Government.
