Library Opening Times and Contact Information
Aylesbury Campus Library Service
Library staff are available at Aylesbury Campus every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10am-12pm.
No appointment needed, just pop by the Library space on the second floor. If you need Library help or support outside these times then please contact library@bnu.ac.uk or with your Academic Liaison Librarian (BNU and partnership staff and students only).
Online Chat
, our online chat service is available 24/7. It is staffed by the BNU Library team Mon-Thur: 9am-5pm and Fri: 9am-4pm. Outside of these hours, and on public holidays, it is staffed by a team of librarians from a global co-op. They can help you find and access information for your assignments, but they are unable to answer questions relating to your library account or problems logging. These will be referred to BNU library staff and answered within 2 working days.

Use Ask a Librarian for prompt solutions to your library queries. The service is available from 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday. This service can help with finding and accessing resources for ALL University students and staff (including those at Academic Partnerships).
