Ginny Sutton
Before joining Buckinghamshire New University in 2024, I was and continue to freelance in the creative industry working variously for film & TV, video games, music festivals, and art galleries as a 3D artist and designer.
I studied for my BSc in Computer Games Design at the University of Gloucester, and my MA in 3D Animation at Portsmouth University, and my specialist area of interest/research is 3D art and animation. It is an area I enjoy because of the everchanging nature of the work, new techniques, workflows, and software are developed and employed every year so the projects are incredibly varied.
I am a fellowship member of Advanced HE.
My specialist knowledge has led me to work with studios such as Atomic Arts, Dark Cosmos Creative, and Cupboard Brands on various projects.
My greatest accolade to date is a design award for a project I was lead sculptor and creative director for the Secret Garden Party music festival in 2023.
