Altaf Khoso
Before joining Buckinghamshire New University in 2024, I was working at the University of East London as a Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Leadership and Associate MBA Director for over 4 years.
I completed my MBA in Finance and Fellow member at the Institute of Financial Accounts & Institute of Public Accountants Australia. I have also completed the Postgraduate Certificate Learning and Teaching in Higher Education at the Anglia Ruskin University, and I am a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA).
I am a member of the Chartered Management Institute and a fellow of HEA, affiliate with CIMA. Career highlights include collaborating with colleagues from across the UK Higher Education Sector in the design and implementation of culturally responsive learning environments, particularly at the graduate level.
My specialist knowledge has led me to work with business clients on their finances and their management accountancy affairs. It has also given me the opportunity to meet and work with various professionals through professional bodies such as ACCA, CIMA, IFA, ICAEW & CIPFA in offering solutions to industry and professional problems. I have worked as Business and Financial Analyst at DUN & BRADSTREET for business & financial evaluations.
