Undergraduate Entry Requirements
Academic entry requirements
We require the following grades in the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE):
- For foundation year entry, we require we require grades CD-DE in the Advanced Certificate
- For entry to courses with 88-112 UCAS points, we require grades BBC-CCD in the Advanced Certificate
- For entry to courses with 100-128 UCAS points, we require grades ABB-BCC in the Advanced Certificate
- For entry to courses with 112-136 UCAS points, we require grades AAB-BBC in the Advanced Certificate
GCSE requirements
We accept the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) at grade 6 and above in any subject as equivalent to GCSE.
English Language requirements
We accept the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) at grade 6 and above in English as proof of English language.
Postgraduate Entry Requirements
Academic entry requirements
We require the successful completion of a Bachelor degree from a UK ENIC recognised institution with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or above.
GCSE requirements
We accept the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) at grade 5 and above in any subject as equivalent to GCSE.
English Language requirements
We accept the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) at grade 5 and above in English as proof of English language.

Please note that the entry criteria detailed below is for the majority of courses, however some courses such as BSc (Hons) Nursing, BSc (Hons) Professional Practice (Healthcare), BSc (Hons) Social Work and BSc (Hons) Aviation Management with Pilot Training may require higher academic and English levels.
