Our Students' Union offers free hot food to the BNU community. The is a project derived from the cost-of-living campaign, tackling food poverty within the community at BNU. Between 5:30pm-7:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 6:30pm-8:30pm on Sundays, the provides free meals. Greatly reducing the need to cook and saving you so much money.

As well as that, there are a range of cheaper shops like Aldi or Lidl, where most students shop to save money compared to Tesco or Sainsbury's. Since most things are in family packs, it is easier to cook or shop together with your flat mates, so you don't have to throw anything away because it has gone bad.
