Dr Yaser Shyyab
Prior to joining Buckinghamshire New University in 2023, I held teaching positions in Business studies at universities in both Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. My roles included serving as a lecturer at the University of Bradford International College and an academic at the University of Huddersfield, where I also completed my Ph.D. in Business and Management.
I earned my Master's degree in Business and Human Resource Management at the University of Huddersfield, where I also became a member of the Chartered Management Institute. As a published author, my research interests focus on leadership, interpersonal trust, and knowledge sharing—three critical drivers of business innovation.
In addition to being a Chartered Management Institute member, I recently obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP) from Buckinghamshire New University and achieved Fellowship status with the Higher Education Academy.
