With over 17 years of experience in the service industry across diverse functions and locations, I bring a wealth of expertise in operational skills, training, business development, and team and customer relationship management to the academic realm. Holding a master’s degree in International Aviation and Tourism Management, I possess a unique combination of analytical prowess and interpersonal finesse.
Commencing my career as a cabin crew member in 2004, I have been dedicated to imparting safety protocols, aviation dynamics, and ground service capabilities. This dedication has cultivated a profound passion for education within me. Prior to joining Buckinghamshire New University in 2024, I held pivotal roles such as Zonal Academic Head at Aptech Ltd India and Inflight Base Manager at Indigo Airlines. In these capacities, I ensured the delivery of high-quality courses while overseeing safety protocols, thereby fostering seamless coordination across departments. My expertise extends to research on cabin crew fatigue, demonstrating my unwavering commitment to enhancing aviation safety.
Beyond my professional endeavours, I am a well-rounded individual with a penchant for reading, music, and travel. This curiosity is underpinned by a dedication to continuous learning and excellence, both personally and professionally.
