Jon Lees
Biography
I joined Buckinghamshire New University as Academic Registrar in October 2023 and became Registrar in February 2025. I’ve worked in Higher Education for 30 years, including 11 years at De Montfort University (Leicester) as Deputy Director for Student and Academic Services, and 16 years at Warwick Business School, concluding my time there as MBA Director. I’m also a ‘Member’ with oversight of the trustee board for the Open Thinking Partnership, a regional Special Educational Needs Multi Academy Trust based in Leicestershire.
Jon became a member of the University Strategy Group in February 2025.
